The Bruel & Kjaer 2230 Precision Integrating Sound Level Meter is a Type 1 precision instrument. Its comprehensive construction and versatility make it ideal for all kinds of sound level measurements including octave and l/3 octave frequency analysis using a snap-on filter set. The Type 2230 carries out five measurements in parallel: SPL, Max., Min., Leq and LEA.T, all of which can be obtained for the same signal. A choice between 2 detector modes (RMS and Peak), 3 time weightings (Slow, Fast, Impulse), 4 frequency weightings (A, C, Lin and All pass) is available for the measurements.
