Yes, the height of the cuff is 15cm. The body is ribbed vertically for a gentle, but stuck in place, squeeze. The cuff is single-layer, save a tiny overlap at the top.
The socks are woven on a 200-needle loom utilizing Olefin thread. Olefin is a synthetic fiber that is strong, even when wet, absorbs little moisture, dries quickly, is abrasion and stain resistant as well as being able to hold color.
Compression socks, thanks to their stretch, don’t move inside your shoes, even when soaking wet. The compression also keeps the sock from sliding down your legs as they get sweaty. And finally, the compression prevents swelling, which keeps your performance going longer.
