Ubiquiti 24V Power Adapter, Passive PoE Injector - GP-A240-050G / POE-24-12W-G.
Used this power injector for years without fail to run an older UAP-AC-LR Ubiquiti access point with 24V passive PoE. Still works great, but I've upgraded to a PoE+ switch and therefore no longer have a need for this.
Comes with removable mounting bracket and removable 3-prong (US) AC power supply cord.

This power injector will output 24V regardless of whether the downstream hardware can handle it, which can cause damage.
