It offers superior scratch & stain resistance, especially in high-traffic areas, while preventing fading and yellowing over time.This durable, 1-part, water-based polyurethane varnish in a bag is a do-it-yourselfer's dreamit dries in under 2 hours, needs no sanding between coats and you can apply 3 coats in 1 day, making it possible to finish the job in a weekend if you start early enough on a Saturday. Just apply the first 2 coats, dry for 12 hours, sand lightly, remove residue, & apply the final coat. Wait 24 hours, and walk on it Sunday night. While admiring the beautiful finish, you'll breathe easier because RTG Wood Floor Varnish has almost no odor. Plus, the extremely low VOC content is lower than competing brands & meets or exceeds all VOC requirements.Once you've prepped the surface properly, you'll really love how easy it is to use this product. Just squeeze the unique Pour Pak bag gently to mix the contents, and pour. Reseal the bag, if needed & you're ready to varnish. No mess. No wasted product. The milky color looks different than traditional varnish, but it dries completely clear. It's also a little thicker than regular varnish, but the forgiving formula is self-leveling, so it dries smoothly and evenly.
