It is a reusable elastic brace that works very similar to how the Low-Dye taping technique works commonly used by physical therapists other medical professionals to treat their patients with plantar fasciitis and Severs Disease. No tape necessary. The X Brace Plus is simple, effective and fits into any lifestyle effortlessly. Socks or shoes, no problem; wear the X Brace Plus with anything including flipflops, sandals, high heels or any other shoe or no shoe at all.
