The thermocouple acts as a sensor, sensing the flame and transmitting the signal to the solenoid valve in the control valve, which receives the signal before opening the gas to successfully ignite and keep the flame alive. Therefore, during the installation process, the control valve and the thermocouple should be well connected, so that the control valve will receive the signal transmitted by the thermocouple, it will pass through the gas and ignite.
2. The distance between the thermocouple and the ignition needle at the time of installation is about 0.5cm, so that the thermocouple can sense the flame, the solenoid valve receives the induction, passes the gas and ignits.
