Raychem’s MoniTrace 1000 system is a microprocessor-based single point controller
that provides control and monitoring of heat-tracing circuits. By monitoring important
heat-tracing parameters-such as temperature, ground fault and current, plus temperature sensor and solid-state relay status-the MoniTrace 1000 controller ensures that your operation runs as designed. If heat tracing is interrupted, the MoniTrace 1000 controller detects and signals the fault condition and alerts maintenance personnel, avoiding frozen pipes, process fluid degradation, and other costly problems. MoniTrace systems have been successfully field tested and are in commercial operation throughout the industry.
