On the contrary, he was trained with it and it influenced his paintings deeply.Another way is as the title imply to say more of the same beloved art from Sorollas hand. Many of the paintings in this volume are impressions, rough sketches for more of Sorollas wonderful beach scenes. They are not finished impressionist paintings but instantaneous moments Sorolla captured for memory and perhaps future use.
